It is a brand new trainer that i bought 3 months ago. Been sitting at the store as their display model.
I am using the bluetooth on my laptop. I never experienced this before. Not quite sure what causes this.

Today i experienced problems for the first time. My trainer is 3m away from my laptop. When in zwift it connects for about 2km and then disconnects.
