Hi, I have had my Elite Novo Force (not a smart one, just the basic trainer) for about 3 years and have got a lot of use out of it. Unfortunately there has been a groove worn in the resistance roller. Is there anything that can be done to repair or replace the part, or should I simply increase the p...
