My Directo partially connects to Zwift, but the avatar will not move. I have updated by trainer, I have done everything. The LEDs flash all different colors and I CANT GET IN TOUCH WITH ELITE. I received 1 email asking for a video I sent that 10 days ago and NOTHING!!
