Bumping this up again, desperate for help!

What was the solution? I'm currently experiencing the same issue ans waiting for a response from Elite.

I've had my suito for just over a week and for the most part I love it. Today I was warming up for a Zwift race and everything was fine. Just as the race started, my resistance increased to what felt like maximum and it had not changed since. I have tried to reste, checked my ftp, deleted all the ap...
