Hi I’ve had the same problem. I got my Quick Motion 2 months ago. After 30 rides there were black marks on the rollers, like you have decribed. I am using dedicated tires for home trainer, so that should not be a case. Tried everything: non of what was working. I got a tip form my wife, to work with...
