I finally managed after 4 days of trying.
I’ve had just to add the little adapter on top of the one that locks the cassette but it’s not written or illustrated anywhere...
So all good with my 12speed derailleur. The xr is fully compatible maybe you have another model??

To fit my old six 7100 cassette I've bought as well the Shimano Micro Spline Free Hub and the 148 Boost adapter as my frame need that (2020 Trek Procaliber 9.6) The cassette goes with no problem and the bike fits perfectly.
