That's really disappointing. Like I say, I bought an Arion Digital, asked for a manual for it as couldn't download one, realised it didn't have PML but the manual for the Smart B+ that you sent had details of how to set PML up in it, so bought a Smart B+ because of that.

Oh.

I already had an Arion Digital that I bought a few weeks ago used, and have already replaced it with a Digital Smart B+ to access the PML feature.

Are there any plans to make this feature available in the future through the firmware?

You can buy them, but before you do, I would advise removing the roller and disassembling it to see exactly what the issue is.
