Elite in Italy have sent me a new unit. Many many thanks to them all.
However I feel that there is a lack of technical backup from most resellers and the distributer in the UK

Hi Your customer care have been very good. They sent me a replacement PCB, however, that did not work. I just wish that there was somewhere in the UK that could check/repair the product as I have tried two resellers and they claim to have no technical support for Elite and I even contacted Maddisons...

I have bought a used Elite Direto and cannot get it to work. 1.
